Developer / Owner of the subdivision is Jim Noennig, a builder first.  With 45 years experience in commercial and residential building, Jim is the owner of Panther Creek Construction and has been building custom homes since 1992. Panther Creek Construction specializes in Timber and Timberframe type homes.

Wyldewood Hills Estates subdivision is located in Webster County Missouri.

There are no building fees or regulations of any kind.  No additional start up cost.  Just close on the property and start digging.  Septic systems must be installed according to state specifications.
